Acted as the executive advisor to the President and his executive team to develop an international strategy for the organization for both Upstream and Downstream expansion, including an alignment of domestic downstream operations. The result was a successful global expansion that redefined the company’s position and reputation in the marketplace.

Advised the Vice President and Energy Minister of an oil producing nation on the economic structure of the various segments of the hydrocarbon value chain for the purpose of leveraging upstream assets to fund downstream investments necessary for the country’s growth and petroleum independence. The result was a recalibration of their focus of resources.

Designed and delivered several innovative transformation strategies over a multi-year period to expand their integrated operations and digital platform in Supply Chain, Portfolio Management, Performance Management, Contract Management, and Management of Major Capital Projects.

Designed the acquisition integration strategy and tactical implementation that allowed the organization to quickly assimilate new products and services into their line-up with reduced employee turnover, increased revenues, and greater shareholder value.
